During the trade fair, Avaya is demonstrating real-world use cases for its solutions, highlighting how it is helping organisations achieve their digital transformation goals.
The vendor says with 89% of businesses today expecting to compete primarily on the basis of customer experience, organisations need to evolve digitally and deliver truly differentiated experiences to their customers and workforces.
