Avaya shines the spotlight on Breeze at GITEX 2016
Avaya plans to host a live Snapathon and its DevConnect partners will showcase innovative solutions in real-time
Avaya has unveiled it plans to host a live Snapathon event at GITEX where visitors can experience real-world use cases for current technologies, such as artificial intelligence (AI) and augmented reality (AR).
Avaya has also invited partners from its DevConnect community of global development partners, each focusing on key industrial verticals, including Smart Cities, banking, healthcare and hospitality, to showcase live solutions on the stand, covering everything from artificial intelligence (AI) to driverless cars.
All the solutions are being built on top of Avaya Breeze, Avaya's next-generation development platform that provides a way to develop business communications applications, by simplifying application development, while delivering built-in capabilities for enhanced mobile, customer-facing and hybrid, cloud requirements.

Also present will be Avaya's R&D team, who will showcase their self-learning ‘chatbot' solution, capable of interacting with customers, answer queries and resolve customer-service issues.
The Avaya DevConnect Program enables, supports and extends the market reach of application developers and technology companies to offer Avaya customers end-to-end solutions that address their business challenges. The DevConnect community partners present at GITEX will include, Avanza Solutions, GS Labs, DigiValet and Protocol Systems.
