NCC Group, a global cyber security and risk mitigation company, has announced its expansion into the Middle East region with the opening of an office in Dubai, UAE.

The world-renowned firm reportedly engages with more than 15,000 organisations across the world, delivering a wide-range of threat detection and risk mitigation. These include escrow, verification, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) continuity, and website performance services amongst others.

Elements of the company's escrow and assurance divisions are set to participate in the upcoming Qatar Central Bank 2016 conference in November. The event is centred on enhancing IT security in the financial sector.

Commenting on the expansion to the Middle East, Rob Cotton, NCC Group CEO, shared: "The importance of IT security in the Middle East continues to grow, as the pace of innovation accelerates at a staggering rate. This is why it was crucial for us to open an office in this region.

"From our Dubai hub in Internet City we will service customer's right across the UAE and the GCC, helping to revolutionise the way these organisations think about cyber security and risk mitigation.

"Cyber crime is the single biggest threat to businesses around the world. We look forward to connecting with companies in Dubai and beyond to support them in mitigating this risk."

Following the expansion to the Middle East, NCC Group is also set to open another office in Singapore.
