Mashreq provides payment devices to Dubai Police Dubai Police will install self-service payment devices from Mashreq at customer service counters.

Mashreq Bank has provided a new payment terminal device which will be integrated with Dubai Police customer service counters, to improve transaction capabilities.

The payment devices, which will be installed at the headquarters of Dubai Police and other locations, is a self-service touch screen device which is intended to make conducting transactions easier for customers.

The payment device also includes features including a satisfaction survey for the customer to complete right after the transaction. Additionally, Dubai Police will implement mobile POS solutions from Mashreq, enabling customers to make payments on the go.

Lt General Khamis Mattar Al Mazeina, Commander in Chief, commented: "Paying for traffic fines couldn't have been more convenient. This new device is aligned with Dubai Police's efforts and initiatives to turn all their services into smart services and proof our effort to reinforce Dubai smart city and smart government vision."
