Mashreq provides payment devices to Dubai Police
Dubai Police to roll out Mashreq self-serve payment terminals to customer service counters
Mashreq Bank has provided a new payment terminal device which will be integrated with Dubai Police customer service counters, to improve transaction capabilities.
The payment devices, which will be installed at the headquarters of Dubai Police and other locations, is a self-service touch screen device which is intended to make conducting transactions easier for customers.
The payment device also includes features including a satisfaction survey for the customer to complete right after the transaction. Additionally, Dubai Police will implement mobile POS solutions from Mashreq, enabling customers to make payments on the go.
