Burj Khalifa visitors can now take home their own 3D-printed version of the iconic Dubai tower.

A showing the printing process was posted to the official Twitter account for the world's tallest building.

Dubai made global headlines in May when the world's first fully functional 3D printed building was inaugurated by His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, reported Gulf News.

In March, Dubai Mall sweet shop Candylicious announced customers would be able to purchase the world's first 3D-printed sweets after the installation of the machine at the store.
