Dubai Court introduces Smart Q Ticketing through Nibras app The "Smart Q Ticketing" aims to save time and effort for the completion of legal and judicial transactions.

Dubai Court has launched the "Smart Q Ticketing" service within the updated version of its smart app, Nibras.

The Nibras app has been designed to support efforts in reducing the number of clients in government centres by 80% by 2018. The app itself has been enanced with a number of services, including Service Appointment Booking via Q-System, and Attendance Smart Notice Receipt.

H.E. Tarish Eid Al Mansouri, Director-General of Dubai Courts, said: "Dubai Courts is steadfast on the path drawn by H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, for the Government of Dubai in not only addressing but also leading technical development to reach the number one ranking worldwide.

"Smart transformation was and still is at the forefront of Dubai Courts' strategic priorities, having made proactive achievements in the innovation of smart and integrated services which have had the utmost impact in facilitating, accelerating and streamlining legal transactions while also raising the bar on performance index and achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction and happiness."

Al Mansouri added: "We follow an ambitious vision which encourages the adoption of innovation as a corporate culture to achieve smart transformation which is an essential pillar of the objectives of Dubai Plan 2021 to build a smart, creative and proactive government that can innovate effective solutions to make people happy and ensure the welfare of the community.

"We are confident about the new smart services being provided through the updated Nibras app. This app has proved to be a key element in promoting our efficiency in customer service and supporting our efforts to achieve 80% reduction in the number of visiting clients by 2018, in line with the wise directives of the UAE leadership," he concluded.

The "Smart Q Ticketing" aims to save time and effort for the completion of legal and judicial transactions. It enables customers across all Dubai Courts service centres to obtain q-tickets for their desired services and then save the ticket number on the smart app.

Users can know the number of waiting persons for every service, in addition to identifying and calculating the waiting time, as well as choose their preferred centre to submit their application and get the service, in a manner that ensures ultimate satisfaction and happiness.

Nibras is available for download through Apple Store and Google Play.
