UAE bank will adopt LinkedIn's Sales Navigator to enhance customer engagement through targeted communication
UAE bank Emirates NBD has announced a partnership with LinkedIn, a professional social-networking platform, to utilise social media to influence social selling.
The bank will adopt LinkedIn's sales solution tool, "Sales Navigator", in a bid to enhance customer engagement, interaction and prospecting through proactive, targeted identification and communication.
LinkedIn's Sales Navigator uses an algorithm to provide customised lead recommendations and insights to licensed users. The social networking platform will select a number of Emirates NBD users and equip them with intensive straining on socially-led campaigns.
LinkedIn has reported that its tool has shown a 70% improvement in productivity, 45% more opportunities, 51% more likely to reach quota and 78% will manage to outsell peers who do not use social media.
