Unify takes aim at SMB segment Unify partners that attended the five-day OpenScape Business portfolio training held in Dubai recently.

Unify has continued its commitment to providing a platform for channel enablement by providing training and certification workshops through its authorised training partner, Fastlane after the vendor recently hosted a training workshop.

The training reinforces Unify's commitment to be the partner of choice in the communications and collaboration industry.

According to the company, the five-day certification training was attended by technical consultants from eight channel partners across the Middle East.

Feras Zeidan, vice president, MEA, for Unify said: "A knowledgeable, experience channel is key to effectively serving our customer and delivering superior customer satisfaction, which drove our investment at the recently held training workshop. Unify said the course content was tailored to provide hands-on experience in installation, start up and upgrading of the system. Another focus was the integration of OpenScape Business Smart Voicemail and UC Smart. On completion of the course, the participant was able to install and start up a system, as well as configure and perform the software update.
