Deals galore as Souq.com launches new campaign Mouchawar: E-commerce enables SMBs to grow by the power to reach millions of customers on one platform.

As part of its plans to grow the business, further drive the e-commerce upward trend in the Middle East and support the thousands of merchants on the platform, Souq.com has announced a new campaign and tagline, “It’s yours.”

Following its recent AED 1 Billion (USD 275 million) funding announcement, Souq.com is already implementing ambitious new plans - launching new product categories and working to bring even more value to its customers and merchants.

As part of the ‘It’s yours.’ campaign, Souq.com has launched the ‘Everything For You Sale’ to drive customers to experience the new collection on the platform. The biggest sale of the season will see 7000 new deals on all categories with a special focus on the new ones. Hundreds of new fashion clothing, shoes and make up brands have been added to Souq.com’s vast portfolio in an attempt to further enhance its offering to valuable customers and thereby make Souq.com the place for “Everything for you”.  The sale event will run from 27 March to 2 April.

As part of It’s yours. launch activity, Souq.com has also produced a video by the celebrated Director, Ali Ali who recently won the accolade of Grand Prix winner at Dubai Lynx for Best Direction, Best Script and Best Casting.

Within fashion, industry studies reveal that apparel and footwear are the second highest value e-commerce category in the UAE after electronics, and significant growth is being seen in the housewares and home furnishings category as well. Driven by the growth in online connectivity and consumer demand, Souq.com has extensively grown its portfolio of products including fashion, beauty, home and baby by developing new and existing partnerships with some of the top regional and international fashion brands including Apparel group, Landmark, Al Futtaim, and others to bring brands such as Nike, Steve Madden, Aldo, Jack & Jones, Kurt Geiger and hundreds more to the platform.

Dedicated ‘brand stores' are being set up across categories that ensure that while the brands maintain their identities, they benefit from Souq.com’s online presence.
