Network and endpoint security provider, Sophos, announced its participation at the Gulf Information Security Expo and Conference (GISEC) 2016.

The company will place the spotlight on its Security Heartbeat, the synchronised security protection for endpoints and networks, and also showcase security solutions, Sophos SG Firewall and Cyberoam NG Services.

"GISEC, being the region's leading IT security exhibition, is a perfect platform for us to promote Security Heartbeat, our synchronised security technology to our Middle East customers. By automating threat discovery, investigation and response, Sophos' synchronised security vision revolutionises threat detection and reduces incident response times exponentially so tactical resources can be refocused on strategic analysis," said Harish Chib, vice president, Middle East & Africa for Sophos.

With Sophos Security Heartbeat, organisations of any size can advance their defences against increasingly coordinated and stealthy attacks and drive a dramatic reduction in the time and resources required to investigate and address security incidents.

Sophos will be exhibiting at Stand C-94, Hall GISEC Division . Experts from the company will be available at the Sophos stand to interact with customers and channel partners from across the region and share their global experiences and success stories with them.

GISEC 2016 will be held at the Dubai World Trade Centre on 29 - 31 March 2016.
