Educational experts to speak at GESS Dubai 2016
GESS 2016 will showcase the latest technology solutions that aims to inspire the classroom
GESS Dubai 2016 and GEF will host global and regional education leaders at its ninth annual event which will be held in Dubai in March.
The educational conference will welcome 550 businesses and organisations from 35 countries and will showcase the latest technology and innovate products and inspirational educational solutions.
A key part of the event is the extensive educational programme, which is CPD accredited and features renowned speakers, including Liz Sproat, head of education EMEA at Google, Bassel Ajlani and Office 365 specialist at Microsoft to name a few. The conference sessions and workshops are designed for all levels of educational professionals, and focus on the ‘how to', with practical sessions that will enable attendees to take home learning that can be put into action immediately in the classroom.
Speakers will share in-depth knowledge and insights on a variety of topics, such as how teachers can effectively use technology to engage students, the role of Internet of Things in the classroom, and how learning about technologies such as 3D printing, robotics and virtual reality can enhance the curriculum.
The event runs from March 1st to 3rd at the new Za'abeel Halls 4-6 at Dubai World Trade Centre.
