Vocalcom extends Cloud Contact Centre offer Kassab: The strong response and reception that we received during GITEX has prompted us to extend our free three-month subscription offer

Contact centre provider Vocalcom has extended an offer that will see new customers get a free, three-month subscription for the company's Cloud Contact Centre.

Ahead of GITEX Technology Week 2015, Vocalcom introduced the offer, which the company says has already allowed some customers to save up to AED 30,000. However, Vocalcom said that, due to the positive response that the offer received at GITEX, it is now extending it until December 2015.

The Cloud Contact Centre solution is an all-in-one software product that is secure and scalable, Vocalcom said. The solution allows users to manage all calls in one place--phone, web, email, text message or social media. It also provides sales representatives provide fast customer support and assistance.

Other features for the Cloud Contact Centre software include skills-based routing, prioritised calls and automatic screen pop. Lastly, the solution offers a Virtual Hold feature, which reduces hold time and smooths call spikes.
