Avaya, a global provider of business communications software, systems and services, has announced it will hold the first Avaya Partner Forum for Asia-Pacific, Middle East and Africa (AMEA) and Europe regions on 24th and 25th November, 2015.

The two-day event will enable more than 2,000 Avaya Connect channel partners to engage and leverage their combined knowledge and expertise. Avaya said it will also share its strategic vision for FY2016 at the event.

The Avaya Partner Forum 2016 will be hosted at the Atlantis the Palm Hotel in Dubai and will feature keynote presentations from Avaya's global leadership and solutions portfolio leaders. In addition, the company said it will showcase the latest cutting-edge technology developments together with key technology partners.

"By expanding the reach of the Avaya Partner Forum 2016, we are better able to leverage the combined knowledge, expertise and skills base of our partner community and work more closely together on delivering better outcomes for our customers, our partners and Avaya," said Nidal Abou-Ltaif, president, EU and AMEA, Avaya

Abou-Ltaif added that the Avaya Partner Forum is the perfect platform for the company to highlight the benefits of its technology and the Engagement Solutions that enable organisations to deliver smoother, richer experiences and accelerate their digital transformation journeys.

Paul Black, Director, of Telecoms and Media, IDC Middle East, Turkey and Africa, added that:

"Digital transformation is now one of the most talked about subjects in the region. It can deliver new ways of working as companies look to improve operational efficiency, employee productivity and enhance relationships for stronger growth."

Black said central to the growth is the surrounding digital ecosystem which requires multiple skillsets and partners to collaborate in harmony to deliver the right industry solutions in order to drive business growth.

The interactive forum will enable partners and customers to learn more about digital transformation strategies and drive innovation and development across the combined region over the coming year.
