Ingram Micro signed as Microsoft distributor for NEPA region
Regional VAD expands its partnership with software giant
Regional VAD Ingram Micro, has announced that it has expanded its distribution agreement with software giant Microsoft to cover North Africa, East Mediterranean countries and Pakistan (NEPA).
Under the accord, Ingram Micro is authorised to distribute the entire line of Volume Licensing products from Microsoft as the official distributor in Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia and Pakistan.
Prior to the expansion of this agreement, Ingram Micro has regional distribution rights with the vendor in Middle East, Turkey and Africa(META), transacting through Aptec in Gulf countries including UAE, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Lebanon and Jordan.

The distributor said resellers in North Africa and Pakistan will soon have an opportunity to join Ingram Micro enablement and development programmes, which have been successfully implemented in other countries of the region. According to Ingram Micro, it will also be launching its channel partner programmes, conducting partner events and solutions forums in each country.
