Global innovation experts to speak at ISACA UAE conference ISAFE 2015 will focus on how the borderless world poses a challenge to security.

ISACA UAE Chapter will host global and regional business leaders in cyber security, audit, risk & governance at its ninth annual regional event which will be held in Dubai at end of October.

The ISAFE 2015 Conference will feature sixteen speakers who are leaders in the fields of cyber security, audit, risk and security. Speakers will share their in-depth knowledge and insights on a variety of strategic and tactical innovative techniques to manage risk, security audit and governance in this borderless world.

The event runs from October 27th to 29th 2015 at The Ritz Carlton Hotel, JBR, Dubai.

Leonard Ong, International Vice President, ISACA, USA is scheduled to address the opening keynote session on 28th Oct 2015.  He will discuss ‘Opportunities and Threats from 21st-century borderless cyber universe'. The keynote will focus on how innovation continues to accelerate with disruptive technologies and business models on an unprecedented scale, and how businesses and consumers stand to benefit but also suffers from such innovation. Ong's talk will provide an overview of our borderless cyber universe, the arising opportunities and threats, as well as, how this will redefine our professions in the area of IT Assurance, Governance, Security, and Risk.

Other industry leaders who will be presenting at the event include Dr. Jean-Marc Rickli, Assistant Professor, Department of Defence Studies of King's College London, will talk about ‘The geopolitics of cyber security and cyber war'; Ahmad Hassan Mohd Noor, Director - Risk Management & Compliance, du, will talk about ‘Automation of Risk Management Frameworks'; Dr Lydia Kostopoulos, Assistant Professor, Institute of International and Civil Security, Khalifa University, who will discuss ‘Importance of Human-Centric Approaches to Cyber Security'; Jeffery Hare,  CEO, ERP Risk Advisors, will address ‘Innovative ways for auditing application security for Oracle E-Business Suite''; and Saket Modi, CEO Lucideus, who will focus on ‘The New Age Kill Chain of Hackers'
