Xerox introduces Arabic language interface for MFPs
Arabic interface to make it easier to use ConnectKey-enabled MFPs
Xerox has introduced a new Arabic user interface for its range of ConnectKey technology-enabled multifunction printers (MFPs).
The new interface has been introduced to meet demand from customers who prefer to work in the Arabic language, the company said.
The Xerox ConnectKey technology is intended to streamline work processes and make it easier for users to process and share documents.
The new user interface in Arabic offers language support that enables users to access its native functionality entirely in Arabic, with features including intuitive and easy to use menus and interfaces, faster access to contacts through a unified address book and integration with workflow software.
ConnectKey also includes security capabilities from McAfee.
"Xerox places a great deal of importance on its presence in the Middle East and the Arabic user interface feature is an innovation that comes naturally. We are committed to supporting our customers regionally and we believe ConnectKey will offer seamless workflow for any MFP user," said Dan Smith, Head of Integrated Marketing for Middle East and Africa, Xerox.
"What sets us apart from the rest of the vendors is the continuous determination to promote a productive workplace. Arabic language for MFPs unquestionably adds value and creates the environment that will allow companies to focus on their core business," adds Smith.
The user interface in Arabic will be available for ConnectKey technology-enabled models is available from today.
