IBA Group to present asset-management, HR offerings at GITEX
Prague-based software company looks forward to 7th year at tech trade show
Software company IBA Group will focus on its asset-management and human-resources solutions at GITEX TECHNOLOGY WEEK 2015.
Asset Walker and Talent Constructor are the most recent additions to the Prague-based company's solutions portfolio and they will take centre stage when the IBA comes to Dubai in October.
Asset Walker is aimed at companies that have a multitude of fixed and roving assets, including equipment, transport vehicles, buildings, infrastructure, networks, and other facilities. Asset Walker is designed to manage the workflow of actions related to asset management, providing information about the availability and state of an asset; identifying and assigning a maintenance employee; and controlling the execution of work.
Talent Constructor is described by IBA as "a competency-based ERP portal" that enables analysis, development, and planning in HR management. This includes staff recruitment, development, and allocation of resources to project tasks.
"Using Talent Constructor, it is possible to find and assign to a specific job the right candidate, as well as build a team that meets business requirements," IBA says in a statement. "The solution is designed for innovative companies whose business success depends on qualified staff."
IBA Group is also a service provider, and counts among its partners companies such as IBM, SAP, Goodyear, Rockwell Automation, and Fujitsu Technology Solutions.
Kirill Degtiarenko, Director of the IBA Business Development Center, says, "We analyse the challenges that our customers have to address and respond by creating new solutions and expanding our service portfolio. This year, IBA Group came up with the solutions that automate asset management and HR management, and we hope that customers in the Gulf region will take advantage of IBA's Asset Walker and Talent Constructor."
IBA Group has been a GITEX exhibitor since 2009 and says it "looks forward to building and expanding partner relations in the Middle East" at the 2015 event.
