Contact centre solutions specialist Vocalcom will demonstrate its cloud offerings at this year's GITEX TECHNOLOGY WEEK, which the company believes will provide it with "an ideal platform" to show how its portfolio fits into the Middle East's "smart society" projects.

Vocalcom experts will be on hand at the show to explain the key features of Vocalcom's most recent technologies, which include speech analysis; live motion-detection and voice authentication; an advanced multichannel/omnichannel retail platform; sophisticated customer satisfaction (CSAT) tools; and a dedicated cloud contact centre solution for Salesforce.com.

During the five-day event, the company will also share a number of tips and tricks that, it claims, will allow organisations to launch a cloud contact centre in less than 14 minutes. Additionally, Vocalcom will discuss what it considers the best industry practices to increase online and mobile customer engagement and "enhance the social media customer experience".
