Abu Qafrh opts for Epicor iScala 3.0 ERP
Solution to reduce operational costs and streamline HR department
Abu Qafrh Holding Company, a Saudi construction company specialising in concrete, general contracting and transportation, has selected the Epicor iScala 3.0 ERP solution to reduce operational costs and streamline its HR department.
The company, which also operates in Jordan, said that it would implement iScala 3.0 with the support of Vertical Solutions, an authorised Epicor value-added reseller and a member of the Epicor Inspired Partner Network in Jordan and Saudi Arabia.
Abu Qafrh said that it opted for Epicor's solution following a thorough assessment of currently available ERP solutions, and found iScala 3.0 to feature the best technical capabilities for its business. Other criteria included having a provider that supports partners and the ability to scale.
"We believe that iScala will efficiently automate and standardize our key processes by adopting the best practices in our line of business," said Ahmad E'lian, IT manager at Abu Qafrh.
"We look forward to working closely with the implementation team at Vertical Solutions to deploy the solution swiftly and efficiently."
The iScala solution will be deployed across five different business entities within Al Qafrh, including Al Riyadh Block Factory, Abu Qafrah Ready-Made Concrete, Hemeh, QGT and Qafrh Limited. Al Qafrh hopes that iScala's capabilities will streamline how the company manages its sales orders, materials and warehouses.
"Since launching one of the first factories in the southern region of the Kingdom, Abu Qafrh has carved a distinguished reputation for itself in the Saudi construction sector. The business is now a dynamic enterprise, which actively contributes to the country's major infrastructure projects and overall economic prosperity," said Anish Kanaran, channel director for Epicor in the Middle East, India and Africa
"By implementing iScala we expect the company to further enhance its position in the market by increasing its efficiency and productivity, reducing its operational costs and streamlining the work of its HR department."
