Bayt.com offers support for start-ups The Bayt.com Start-Up Kit is intended to help companies to find the right talent, says Masri.

Recruitment website Bayt.com is offering a free set of services to start-ups, to help them to attract the right personnel.

The Bayt.com Start Up Kit, which the company says is worth over $1,000, offers start-ups access to Bayt.com's database of over 20 million professionals, as well as to premium job postings and visibility to the 8 million Bayt.com monthly visitors.

"Start-ups in the Middle East are constantly looking to fill vacancies with top talent," said Suhail Masri, VP of Sales, Bayt.com "The Bayt.com Start-up program is designed to help new companies attract and hire some of the best talent in the region, and promote job creation within the start-up community. The kit includes access to the premium Bayt.com CV Search, which allows employers to search Bayt.com's database of over 20 million professionals; three ‘Plus' Bayt.com Job Postings, which can be used to advertise job openings and brand to millions monthly visitors on Bayt.com; and access to social Bayt.com features like Bayt.com Specialties, where entrepreneurs can actively engage with jobseekers applying to their vacancies to better qualify how suitable they are for the role.
