The registration deadline for Arabian Computer News’ upcoming conference, ACN Investigates, is approaching fast, and delegates are being encouraged to sign up before spaces fill up.

A new concept, the ACN Investigates line of conferences takes detailed looks at specific business challenges that IT leaders face, hosting top-of-the-line regional speakers to discuss how the Middle East can attack these problems.

Next week’s conference, taking place on 13 May at Jumeirah Emirates Towers in Dubai, focuses on maintaining customer experience. Leading companies in almost every industry have invested significantly over the past decade to improve customer experience, and increasingly we see a movement toward companies trying to differentiate themselves based on service. Technology is playing a huge part in the paradigm shift in customer experience excellence.

The first ACN Investigates conference in the 2015 series will bring together IT leaders from across a number of industries to discuss proven strategies and working examples of the best cost saving, technology integrating and operationally efficient practices for improving and maintaining customer experience in the Middle East.

With an agenda packed full of regional IT leaders, delegates will glean an understanding of the problems associated with providing good customer experiences, and how new technologies can help to solve these challenges.

Panel members include Ahmad Mohd Al Hammadi, senior manager for data centre and cloud services at Etisalat; Madhu Pajeer, team leader for service delivery at Masdar; and Samir Khan, regional information systems manager at African + Eastern. The panel will be moderated by Mustafa Faisal Ahmed, co-founder and CTO at Saletab.com, and lecturer on e-commerce and digital strategies at King Fahad University of Petroleum & Minerals.
