Avaya, VIVA Bahrain partner Areff says through the partnership with VIVA Bahrain, Avaya will transform the digital interface in the Kingdom.

Avaya has signed a new agreement with VIVA Bahrain, which will see the two companies work together to deliver team and customer engagement solutions to large, medium and small businesses in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Through Avaya's solutions, VIVA Bahrain's customers will be able to benefit from a broader range of superior technology solutions, while the two companies will collaborate with a focus on customer-oriented results.

Avaya's pioneering solutions will enable businesses to reach higher levels of service to deliver an enhanced customer experience, allowing them to increase their productivity and profitability.
