The MENA channel has faced challenges over the past six years. Last year had been one of mixed economic indicators in the Middle East. Although the global PC industry returned to growth in Q4 2014 after eight consecutive quarters of decline, the regional IT business remained sluggish and that has put a dent in revenue figures.

In the mobile space, the market witnessed the growth of white label tablets with research firm GFK Retail and Technology indicated that sales of white label brands had continued to find year on year growth, especially in Saudi Arabia and UAE.

All stakeholders in the regional channel have contributed to the growth of the market and their efforts were honoured.

Channel Middle East would like to extend its gratitude to this year’s judging panel for dedicating their time and effort to go through all the many nominations. In addition, the magazine would also like to extend its sincere appreciation to all the sponsors of this year’s awards namely presenting sponsor du, Exclusive Business Partner TP-LINK, Networking partner Dell, Platinum sponsors Mindware and Eaton, Gold sponsors Aptec, Eset, EMT Distribution and Spectrum Group and Category sponsors Aruba Networks, BDL/Quantum,Linksys and Vocalcom.
