Citrix enablement program is getting a major makeover
Customers set to benefit from better-trained and specialized partners.
Rising customer demand for more specialised and sophisticated networking solutions has vendors upping their training of partners to keep up with these dynamics.
The result is industry-wide investment in training and certification initiatives that leaves the region with an increasing number of well-qualified technical personnel able to deliver better networking technology to customers.
Citrix has been at the forefront of this customer-focused focus and recently launched a new channel program whose bedrock is the new Citrix Solution Advisor (CSA) program. The CSA program aims to offer the nearly 9,000 Citrix Solution Advisors simplified certification as well as adjusted revenue requirements and new incremental benefits.
Through the programme, Citrix says, partners will be equipped to realise faster revenue growth by investing in and leveraging technology specialisation to differentiate their capabilities and offerings to ensure customers derive maximum value from Citrix solutions and technology.
“Training and certification is vital for Citrix and the success of its partner base,” says Johnny Karam, regional vice president, Middle East and Africa. “Citrix continues to introduce new tools, resources and programs for partners. These additional investments are targeted to maximise efficiency of partners at every stage of the sales and services lifecycle from technical skills development, sales execution through to successful implementation of solutions.”
Citrix Specialisations, the cornerstone of the program, will qualify, brand, recommend and reward partners for demonstrated technical competency, end-to-end sales capability and service delivery to its customers.
The Specialisation program is comprised of tracks that offer partners the opportunity to self-select the technical category that best reflects their current business model and then add other competencies as their business evolves.
