Fortinet boosts investment in the region
New Technical Assistance Center and expanded office reflect Fortinet’s commitment and growth potential in the region
Fortinet has opened a Technical Assistance Center in Dubai, UAE, a move aimed at more effectively addressing the requirements of Fortinet's customers across the Middle East. The investment also reflects the company's strong growth and commitment to the region, Fortinet said in a statement.
Building on the success of its global support centers, Fortinet says it has identified Dubai as a strategic location for delivering technical services for its full suite of network security solutions. The center will be staffed with engineers providing the comprehensive range of FortiCare Services from technical support, premium and focused security services as well as Professional Services.

"Fortinet is the first security vendor across the region to have a dedicated and senior technical support team on-the-ground to provide high quality services to our customers."

At the same time, Fortinet has moved to new and sprawling offices located at the Arjan Rotana Office towers in Dubai Media City, accommodating a significant increase of the company's headcounts across Middle East.
