Al Ain selects Injazat for smart government project
Business integration platform to serve as the foundation for service delivery
Al Ain City Municipality (AACM) and Injazat Data Systems have announced the implementation of a business integration platform to support Al Ain City's smart government initiatives.
"This advanced technology platform will serve as the foundation for the use and availability of e-government services by Al Ain City Municipality, thereby enhancing customer experience and accelerating the strategic objectives set by the UAE government to support smart government," Injazat said in a statement.
The platform, deployed by Injazat, is designed to address challenges such as lack of real-time visibility and integration complications, by being "more secure, agile and scalable", according to Injazat. It is also intended to give AACM the ability to facilitate the rapid development and deployment of new business applications and services. In addition, Injazat's i-Case Web portal will be used to enhance the municipality's operational efficiency, accountability and transparency at all of its customer service centres.

"By providing us with a reliable and agile BIP, Injazat has helped us in our journey towards transforming Al Ain Municipality to world-class standard. This will enable us to become more responsive and become smarter in our objective of delivering world-class services to our citizens"
