Avaya Inc has announced it is hosting its popular Avaya Technology Forum (ATF) at the Atlantis Hotel in Dubai from March 31 to April 1, 2015.

ATF is a hands on learning environment, featuring expert workshops, live demonstrations, and solid recommendations for enterprise and midmarket technology planning.

As the first ATF event in this region, the Dubai venue serves to educate and engage partners and customers from the Middle East, Africa, China, India and Russia, Avaya said in a statement.

According to the UC solutions vendor, ATF is a rare opportunity to hear from Avaya experts, channel partners and customers on strategies for migrating, designing and implementing innovative customer and team engagement solutions.

The company said more than 70 sessions will take place over the three-day event, covering a number of topics, including customer and team engagement, software-defined networking, cloud-based services, virtualisation, security and mobility.

"ATF is the place to experience the next big thing in customer and team engagement technology," said Fadi Moubarak, Avaya channel leader for Global Growth Markets. "It's the meeting place for market and thought leaders from across our region, and we look forward to meaningful conversations on the technologies and trends that will transform how business is conducted today, and in the future."
