Information risk management specialist Paladion Networks today announced it will be holding a summit on ICT security managed services, in collaboration with HP Enterprise Security at InterContinental Hotel, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on 9 February.

The SOC Conference will cover approaches to the changing threat landscape, including emerging technologies such as big data analytics.

The conference is aimed at chief information security officers (CISOs), technology risk and compliance professionals, and IT security managers, Paladion said.

"Maintaining a tactical advantage in security defence is paramount for any business," said Firosh Ummer, managing director, EMEA, Paladion Networks. "But an upper hand in security operations cannot be achieved with traditional security operation centres. Enterprises in Saudi Arabia must leverage analytics and big data to predict threats and look at advanced security innovations to protect their businesses from security infringements."
