India-headquartered Inventum has expanded its business in the Middle East after it signed Cerebra Middle East as its value added distributor (VAD) for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

Under the accord, Cerebra Middle East will supply the regional channel with Inventum solutions including enterprise gateways, service routers and OSS/BSS solutions for ISP and Telecom.

The VAD said using Inventum solutions, it hopes to enter new verticals requiring the deployment and control of public Internet access networks. According to the company, these range from city-wide WiFi projects to HSIA in the hospitality sector.

He added: "From Cerebra Middle East's perspective this partnership will certainly enhance the capability to provide a complete range of Networking solutions and services to the regional channel partners and customers. With this alliance we have further strengthened our offering for the growing IT needs within the hospitality domain. Our channel partners can take advantage of the cutting edge comprehensive solutions that Inventum provides."
