TIBAH selects IFS solutions to run maintenance at PMIA TIBAH will deploy maintenance management solutions from IFS at PMIA.

TIBAH Airports Operation Company has selected IFS Applications to manage all of its maintenance operations at Prince Mohammad International Airport, Madina.

The company, which is a consortium led by TAV Airports and its local partners Al Rajhi and Saudi Oger, will use the IFS solutions to standardise processes to manage maintenance and repair of PMIA airport assets, and to gain real time visibility into the overall performance of operations.

Eng. Sofiene Abdessalem, managing director at TIBAH airports, said: "PMIA is one of the most important airports in Saudi Arabia, one of the two main entry points for the visitors to The Holy Ka'aba and Muslims worldwide arriving for their pilgrimage. IFS Applications will give us complete visibility in real time to better manage and optimise the asset lifecycle through continuous operational improvements, combining work flow and maintenance functions into an integrated, automated process."

"TIBAH Airports will now be able to get a holistic perspective of the assets lifecycle, ensuring PMIA continue providing world class aviation facilities to its customers."

The project is expected to be completed by end of January 2015.
