Vocalcom focuses on mobile solutions at GITEX
Contact centre specialist unveils latest offering
The customer service provider, Vocalcom, is exhibiting its solutions during GITEX TECHNOLOGY WEEK 2014. This is its third year at GITEX and the company is highlighting its mobile solutions.
Ali Kassab, CEO Middle East and Africa at Vocalcom, tells GITEX Times that the company is keen to raise awareness of its products and services, which boost customer service levels.
“We make effortless and easy customer service oriented solutions. We manage all the channels through which companies want to deal with their customers and employees. Vocalcom offers a multichannel solution,” Kassab comments.
Vocalcom is showcasing its mobile solution, a service that offers the ability to create apps easily, as companies will be able to create their own applications.
Kassab believes that Vocalcom’s mobile solution is the right tool to engage customers through mobile phones, as it is the most important channel for enterprises in the region to answer customers’ demands and engage them. Abu Dhabi Electricity Water Authority was one of Vocalcom’s case studies in the region, according to Kassab. In the private sector, the company is working across all verticals including retail and property management.
During GITEX, the firm is announcing different partnerships to expand its business , such us the Tech Mahindra contract.
