By  ITP.net Staff Writer Published  September 12, 2014

Infoblox will showcase its latest innovations in DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management (DDI), secure DNS and network automation technologies at GITEX Technology Week. The company aims to spread awareness about its ability to provide end-to-end DNS security and defence against the widest range of DNS-based attacks such as volumetric, exploits, and DNS hijacking attacks.

Infoblox will also demonstrate its cloud solutions that provide automated core network services for virtual machines in the datacentre, with a broad range of supported platforms.

“GITEX offers a great platform for our company to expose our brand and showcase our products and capabilities to decision makers from various segments of the market that attend the event,” said Cherif Sleiman, General Manager, Middle East at Infoblox.

“As a market leader in enterprise-grade DDI as declared by IDC in a recent report, and with over 7500 customers worldwide, we are always looking to share best practices and rich technology insights with the community. At the same time, we are eager to gain a greater understanding of how Infoblox can help current and future customers in the Middle East based on a customised approach to the region’s specific needs.”

Domain Name System (DNS) Security is an area that Infoblox believes regional organisations will start paying greater attention to as they begin to understand the damaging consequences of inadequate security measures. Infoblox solutions for cloud provide automated core network services for virtual machines in the datacentre to improve IT agility, enable faster time to service and reduce operating costs. Infoblox solutions for DDI integrate with private cloud platforms from major enterprise providers.
