Vocalcom brings contact centre expertise to GITEX Kassab: “We hope to continue building our client base and showcasing our products and solutions.”

Vocalcom will be participating in this GITEX TECHNOLOGY WEEK for the third year running. The company, which specialises in contact centre solutions for customer service, sales and telemarketing, will be promoting its contact centre solutions at the show.

Among the solutions on display will be Vocalcom’s Effortless Contact Centre, which is intended to provide an all-in-one contact centre solution that is fast to deploy, easily manageable and innovative. Effortless Contact Centre is available as an on-premise solution or in the cloud.

The company will also highlight the value of its business consulting services, which have already served over 3,500 customers worldwide.

Over the past two years, Vocalcom has won considerable business within the GCC countries, working with high-profile brands such as Damac, AW Rostamani, Dubai Properties and McDonalds. Most recently, Vocalcom has been awarded contracts by Abu Dhabi Water and Electricity Authority (ADWEA).
