OKI will use its expanded floor space and demo area at GITEX TECHNOLOGY WEEK to show that it means business when it comes to helping customers reduce printing costs and to take smarter approaches to managed document solutions.

The demo area will be showcasing the new features of OKI’s SMART Managed Document Solution, which has been developed by OKI and Alidata (Portugal).

Senior Solutions Manager for OKI Europe, Javier Lopez, will be conducting demos every hour on several all-in-one solutions, most exciting of which is the recently developed Android and iOS mobile application. App users can select any device (both OKI and legacy) from the network and start printing, copying, scanning, and sending documents to shared folders such as SharePoint, Dropbox, and Google Docs.

“The new services and solutions portfolio is specifically aimed at SMBs to help cut wasted end user time whilst dramatically improving document management processes, which together account for the other 75% of potential savings,” Lopez said.

“As a result, smaller businesses can reduce their hidden print costs by as much as 30%.”
