In a year that saw the education and security sector receive so much focus, Pro TECHnology developed initiatives that targeted the two sectors. The company wants to build a solid services business aimed at government, enterprise, education and hospitality verticals.

What were the company’s milestones in 2013?
Last year we developed with several high profile IT vendors namely Apple, Adobe, Symantec and LAcie a bi-annual workshop and seminar themed around mobility for business and education, an initiative that educates IT professionals on the convenience of paperless learning in the digital age.

What are your strategic plans for the rest of 2014?
We aim to enhance our role in the areas of enterprise mobility and ERP. We are currently on track towards achieving a more competitive cost structure.

What were the main drivers for your revenue growth in 2013?
We have invested a lot of time in choosing the right vendor partners. Our success is credited to our people and advisors in the industry. We have experienced big growth in our sales and systems integration related to Apple kit in the educational sector.

Has the SI sector recovered from the market instability?
The SI sector is in the process of recovering slowly and steadily. We have seen a clear recovery during the course of 2013 and also during the first quarter in 2014.

Where will your business growth come from in 2014?
Our key clients come from the government sectors, enterprise segment, education and hospitality industries. We expect all these sectors to give us growth going forward.
