Oxygen gets new strategic marketing director Nair is responsible for strengthening Oxygen's brand in the region.

Regional security solutions VAD Oxygen, has appointed Rohan Daniel Nair as the new strategic marketing director for MEA region.

In his new role, Nair will be responsible for further strengthening Oxygen's brand in the region and will manage public relations and marketing strategies including channel development and partner enablement initiatives across the Middle East.

Khalid Laban, CEO, Oxygen said: "Having worked in distribution and being skilled in marketing, Rohan brings with him the right mix of skills and experience we need to build our secure mobility business in the Middle East. As enterprise mobility is a key element to delivering the capabilities of future workspace, having a clear mobility strategy is now a critical requirement for many organisations. Rohan will be responsible for developing the company's channel marketing strategies by building long-term, sustainable business through lead generation activities."

Nair added: "I am very excited to be working with the Oxygen team and eagerly looking forward to connecting with business partners and enterprise customers in the region. Oxygen is recognised as a secure mobility expert in the region that consistently aims to create value added opportunities for channel partners, especially as mobility is rapidly being adopted across the government and enterprise sector."

Rohan has over eight years of experience as a marketing professional. Prior to joining Oxygen, he was the PR and communications manager at IT distributor StarLink.
