Software development company, Focus Softnet has announced the availability of the cloud-based version of its customer relationship management solution, Focus CRM.

Available in basic, professional and enterprise versions, Focus CRM can be used on a trial period of 30 days and is available through Focus Softnet's offices and partner network globally.

"Businesses today are looking for cost-effective ways to optimise sales processes, enhance marketing initiatives and improve customer service to ultimately boost productivity. Focus has been providing all the three functions of a standard customer relationship management in its earlier perpetual license version of CRM. With the cloud version the product's offering enhances to 24X7 accessibility, 99.99% uptime and full time and dedicated support service to the end-user" said Ali Hyder, group CEO of Focus Softnet.

Key features of Focus on Cloud include: easy and intuitive setup; quick deployment; low upfront costs; customisable dashboard; Web-enabled and hence access from anytime or anywhere on any device; robust and secure platform; secure login access; 24x7x365 accessibility to data; and mobile access.

Focus Softnet plans to unveil more cloud and mobile solutions for its customers in the second half of the year.

This is good news for all of us and clients. All business scenario will be moving to OPEX MODEL for their entire operations.This is the right time,we are providing cloud based CRM.Coming soon we will give our all products in OPEX Model.

We are deploying in our Focus Server or any other 3rd party cloud server. Is Public Cloud Environment or Private Cloud Environment ?
