Altitude Software to exhibit at MECC 2014 Riadh Boukhris, Altitude Software MENA president said that Altitude are significantly intensifying its focus in MENA by expanding its Dubai-based team.

Unified customer interactions solutions provider, Altitude Software has announced that it will be exhibiting at the Middle East Call Centre (MECC) Conference and Exhibition at the Dubai International Convention Centre from 8-9 June, 2014.

Altitude aims to use the event to “show how contact centres can take a leap forward and reach the next level of customer service.”

“Key organisations in MENA are realising great value from contact centres in terms of revenue generation, cost savings and customer service differentiation,” said Riadh Boukhris, Altitude Software MENA president. “The Dubai victory to host Expo 2020 and Abu Dhabi 2030 vision are energising the UAE and all our region in the path to progress and to elevate the customer service to the right level for people to enjoy great service anytime, anywhere.”

“True blending of all communication channels and applications, efficient workflow management, mobile app integration and tools for agent motivation are just a few of key customer interaction management features which help contact centres meet the challenging requirements and needs of today’s customer.”

Altitude has experienced a 29% growth across the MENA region in the past 12 months and its new customers include Dubai World Trade Centre, eXtra, Mezzo, Orange, NStyle, Aimia, STC, Transmed, Etisalat and Ahli Bank.

“It is a fast-growing market with huge geographies and a young population. As such, we are significantly intensifying our focus in MENA by expanding our Dubai-based team with new talents and by strengthening our partner ecosystem. We are also planning to establish a direct presence in Saudi Arabia and Tunisia throughout 2014,” concluded Boukhris.
