Saudi Telecom Company's customer care twitter account, @STCCare has achieved the title of the most interactive and responsive Twitter account in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The title was presented by Social Bakers, a Czech company, which observes and analyses data related to social media. The company also monitors tens of thousands of companies on Twitter and Facebook and checks the standards related to response rates for questions and customer inquiries.

STC customers use Twitter as a way to get interactive and speedy responses to all queries and matters relating to the company's services in all regions of the kingdom and abroad.

According to STC, numbers of followers are growing on its the officialTwitter and Facebook accounts because of the quick response and resolution through interactive social media.
