With solutions spanning across the company’s carrier, enterprise and consumer business groups, Huawei is emphasising its latest enterprise offerings catering to sectors including government, healthcare, education, oil and gas, power and transportation.

Huawei is unveiling a number of product innovations seen for the first time in the region. Amongst the lineup will be the company’s latest bring-your-own-device (BYOD) solutions, a next generation videoconferencing system ideal for local SMEs, an expanded series of Software-Defined Networking (SDN) switching technology, and even better high-end storage technology than before.

Huawei is also sharing case studies on recently deployed enterprise ICT platforms such as its E-classroom, cloud virtual desktop, and safe city solutions.

“The next wave of digital society will see the rise of a new kind of intelligence; a connected and shared wisdom that extends far beyond the technology sector to businesses, governments and communities worldwide,” says Shi Yaohong, president of Huawei Middle East.

“This digital society brings with it enormous opportunities while also presenting new challenges. Considering the extraordinary investments being made in infrastructure within many emerging markets across the region, forums such as GITEX Technology Week are essential in accelerating open and constructive collaborations with stakeholders in many diverse industries.”

This solution helps governments and enterprise customers access a wide range of applications and handle important business or process core tasks anytime, anywhere, and from any smart device. The resulting benefits include increased work efficiency, innovative marketing models, thereby resulting in increased customer satisfaction.
