SAP launches quick HR solution for UAE Gharabieh: Everything from operational efficiency to workforce wellbeing is embedded in the HR process in the new SAP module.

SAP has released a new HR module tailored for the UAE and designed for quick integration with existing solutions.

The SAP HR Core Functions for United Arab Emirates rapid-deployment solution has been developed by SAP local and global teams along with local HR experts, to provide an HR system that caters to local HR requirements and practices.

The solution manages HR functions such as overtime calculation, end of service benefits, annual leave entitlement, annual leave tickets, and employee and employer social insurance contributions for Emiratis and GCC nationals, to ensure all are in accordance with UAE law.

The system has been created on a rapid deployment module, meaning that the solution can typically be deployed in under 12 weeks, within a defined scope and pre-determined cost. The module is the first of several first of several localised rapid-deployment solutions for the region, with a Saudi Arabia HR module due for release shortly.
