Network awards nomination deadline extended The 2013 Network Middle East Innovation Award submissions deadline has been extended to April 4th 2013.

Due to the high volume of Network Middle East Innovation award submissions this year, we are extending the nomination submission deadline to April 4th 2013. The deadline was previously March 28th.

Every year, Network Middle East sets out to honour the projects, people, suppliers and service providers that have excelled in the regional networking sector over the past twelve months, with the NME Innovation Awards. Now in its 9th year, the awards are presented to the very best implementations, vendor offerings and key individuals and organisations in the market.

The NME Innovation Awards 2013 will recognise those people and companies which have done the most to drive standards and increase adoption of cutting edge network infrastructures across the region.

This year's awards categories are:

Best Fixed Network Implementation
Best Storage Implementation
Best Security Implementation 
Best Data Centre Project of the Year
Best Unified Communications Implementation
Networking Professional of the Year

Solution/Company Awards
Best Fixed Networking Vendor
Best Wireless Networking Vendor
Best Storage Vendor
Best Cabling Vendor
Best Telephony Vendor
Best Security Solution Vendor of the Year
Best Network Management Vendor of the Year
Best Managed Service Provider of the Year
Best Systems Integrator of the Year
Best Networking Vendor of the Year
Best VAD Distributor of the Year

Anyone involved in a project; the end user, integrator, consultant, or vendor - can send in a nomination. However projects must have been approved for nomination by the end user/owner/customer before nomination.  Awards will be presented to the end user.
