STME celebrates 30 years in business Storage systems integrator STME is celebrating its 30th birthday.

Storage systems integrator and solutions provider STME is celebrating its 30th birthday. The company has been delivering solutions for enterprise storage across the Middle East with over 100 qualified experts on operation since 1982. The company now operates in 10 countries across the region and has over 300 enterprise customers.

STME would like to thank all its clients, partners and staff for the 30 years and is looking forwards to the future and working with you all again," said STME CEO Ayman Al Bayaa.

According to STME, it was the first company to bring the Robotic Tape Library into the market in 1991 and the first in ICT sector in the region to gain ISO certification in 2001.

STME is now extending its offerings to include security and system integration in addition to storage solutions. STME has certifications and qualifications required to be a Platinum Partner Hitachi Data Systems, Symantec, NetApp and Quantum as well as being a Tier 1 partner with IBM and an enterprise partner for VmWare and also recently signed up an exclusivity deal with American security specialist WaySecure.
