Canon to demo connectivity at GITEX Shopper Wi-Fi functionality lets users transfer images to social networks, computers and portable devices in seconds.

Canon Middle East, will be demonstrating integrated connectivity in consumer products at GITEX Shopper, showing consumers how media can be shared through WiFi.

"With the prevalence of social media, the way consumers relate to images has evolved," said Hendrik Verbrugghe, marketing director, Canon Middle East.

Canon's new integrated Wi-Fi functionality lets users transfer images to social networks, computers and portable devices in seconds.

Photography enthusiasts will have the opportunity to experience Canon's entire consumer range including DSC, DSLR, DVC and Inkjet printers. Canon will also run one-off deals and significant discounts during the event.

"Gitex Shopper 2012 will be the ideal platform for Canon to showcase its wide range of imaging and printing products to a spectrum of technology enthusiasts," said Verbrugghe.
