The ‘Serving you more with e-Convenience’ campaign is part of DEWA’s strategic initiatives and efforts to enhance levels of customer service, convenience, and satisfaction through implementation of the latest electronic and online technological solutions,” said Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, CEO of DEWA.

“Our participation in GITEX 2012 will provide us with the opportunity to meet our customers and update them on the latest e-Services, including learning about the best practices of other government departments.”

Draws to win prizes under ‘Serving you more with e-Convenience’ will start from the second day of GITEX for three consecutive days. Customers who utilised e-services between August 1 and October 11 are eligible.

Rewarding with attractive prizes to pay through e-services is a routine marketing activity. However DEWA should announce a % discount on billing and or % discount on advance payment or early payment; will reflect seriousness and success.
