Batelco launches e-services for prepaid customers Customers have to register on the telco's web portal for the new e-services.

Batelco's has announced a new service for its SimSim prepaid customers, that will make topping up prepaid accounts quick and convenient.

The customers have to register to use Batelco e-services by following instructions on the telco's homepage, Batelco.com. They then need to log in and see the status of their prepaid account, like expiry date, remaining credit etc. The user will also be able to refill their prepaid account, or accounts of friends and family, by using a credit or debit card.  

"The new service has been designed in response to our customers' wishes to give them greater convenience in topping up their prepaid accounts using their Debit or Credit cards, from the comfort of their home or office or while on the go via their mobile devices," said Batelco group general manager, Media Relations, Ahmed Al Janahi.

Batelco's e-services web portal also features e-billing for postpaid customers. Users can also access a range of features like managing their broadband and mobile accounts, subscribing or upgrading to a range of mobile and broadband services and customising mobile services.
