Dubai Trade online gateway processes AED 1bn in payments
Rosoom payment gateway handles one billion dirhams and over one million transactions in four years
Dubai Trade has announced that more than one billion dirhams and over one million transactions, have been processed through its Rosoom payment gateway since it was launched nearly four years ago.
The Rosoom gateway delivers a range of online payment options, including credit, debit and prepaid cards such as eDirham, through a single gateway, which covers more than 800 online e-services of DP World, Economic Zones World, Dubai Customs and Dubai Multi Commodities Centre, in addition to several leading banks, all of which are integrated under the Dubai Trade umbrella.
The gateway, which is also integrated with the payment systems of several banks in the region, provides secure and flexible online payment, for importers and exporters, shipping agents, freight forwarders, customs brokers and transport companies to initiate and complete online all the procedures and processes, including payment, for the various services and facilities offered by DP World, Jafza and DMCC.
