HP has announced several new additions to its imaging and printing line up. The new products include enterprise and SMB prints and MFPs, scanners and tools.

The updated range of solutions is intended to combine hardware with web-enabled and cloud-enabled services, HP said.

"HP is overhauling our entire line of MFPs and today begins a wave of intelligent new web-enabled, cloud-enabled and solutions-enabled printing devices that meet the evolving business needs of our customers," commented Salim Ziade, general manager, HP Printing and Personal Systems Middle East. "By combining the strength of an innovative product portfolio, cloud capabilities, industry-leading management tools and a broad range of solutions, HP can meet the unique information management, workflow and printing needs of the smallest SMB up to the largest enterprise better than anyone else."

The new products include LaserJet web-connected mono printers and multi-function printers (MFPs) for small to medium businesses, that support HP's own print solutions and solutions such as Apple AirPrint and Google CloudPrint; LaserJet enterprise MFPs and Scanjet enterprise scanners.

The releases also include HP ePrint Enterprise mobile printing solution to more easily connect mobile users to printers, and HP Access Control Printing Solutions with server-less pull printing, dual-factor authentication, and the ability to send prints via email.
