Emaar Technologies has qualified for the ISO / IEC 20000-1:2005 certification, which covers standards in IT management systems.

The ICT provider, which is part of Emaar Properties, was awarded the certification after proving its comprehensive, consistent and integrated approach to IT Service Management processes. The ISO/IEC 20000-1:2005 standards also emphasise continuous improvement initiatives in the service life cycle.

Emaar Technologies is a provider of technology services and solutions to different parts of Emaar group, and to other external organisations, with a focus on data centres and managed services, in sectors including real estate, retail, hospitality, education, financial and healthcare solutions.
