Epson launches ‘Express Service Centre’ The Epson Epress Service Centres at select Sharaf DG outlets provide a full range of after-sales customer support.

Printing and imaging solutions vendor, Epson has launched its ‘Express Service Centres' at various Sharaf DG outlets in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, a move the company says, is in line with its broader plans to achieve greater customer satisfaction in the consumer retail space.

The Express Service Centres provide a full-range of after-sales customer support services, including ink replacement, trouble-shooting, diagnosis and repair.

According to Epson, the Express Service Centres are located at select Sharaf DG outlets in Deira City Centre, Dubai Mall, Times Square Centre in Dubai and Abu Dhabi Mall in the capital.

Epson states that it has assembled a dedicated team of highly trained engineers who have been deployed at these Express Service Centres to provide free professional advice to customers and conduct on-the-spot repair or replacement services.

To take advantage of the services at the Epson Express Service Centre, customers need only bring the printing device with ink cartridges installed, the proof of purchase and warranty details.
